Terms of Use

The legal business name of the company that owns and operates this Service is Real Georgia Properties LLC. Real Georgia Properties LLC is the seller and provider of the service, and the party responsible for it under these Terms. TransactTHAT is the brand and software service operated by Real Georgia Properties LLC. TransactTHAT helps real estate professionals organize transaction details, dates, tasks, documents, contacts, notes, and client communications. It is an organizational tool, not a brokerage, transaction coordinator, attorney, tax adviser, lender, title company, or electronic-signature service.

You must provide accurate information, safeguard your login credentials, and be authorized to use all information you enter or upload. You remain responsible for reviewing transaction dates, deadlines, documents, tasks, email content, recipients, and legal or contractual requirements. TransactTHAT does not invent contractual dates and does not replace professional judgment.

You may not misuse the service, access another user’s information, interfere with security, upload unlawful or malicious content, send unlawful or unsolicited email, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or use TransactTHAT in violation of law or third-party rights.

New accounts receive a 30-day FREE trial, and no payment method is required to begin it. A paid Essentials, Pro, or Elite plan is required to continue making changes after the trial. If no paid plan is active when the trial ends, existing information remains available in read-only mode, but changes and sends are disabled.

Billing, transaction credits, renewals, plan changes, cancellation, and promotional offers are further described in the Subscription Terms and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you purchase a subscription, your purchase is made from Paddle, and Paddle’s Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) govern the payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics of your order, in addition to these Terms.

TransactTHAT and its licensors retain rights in the TransactTHAT service, its design, software, templates, and branding. You retain rights in content you submit and grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and transmit it to provide the service.

Checklist purchase addendum: preview draft dated October 23, 2026; effective when the checklist store launches.

Our website offers 15 individual downloadable PDF checklists and a complete bundle containing all 15. Checklist purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Buying a checklist does not create or change a TransactTHAT software subscription, trial, or account entitlement. The product page and checkout identify the files and price included in your order.

After payment is verified, purchased files are available through a private download link and download instructions sent to the purchase email address. You may request a replacement link using that same email address on the checklist downloads page. A compatible PDF reader is required; the bundle is delivered as a ZIP containing the PDFs. Files may be printed for your own professional transaction work.

Real Georgia Properties LLC retains ownership of the checklist content and branding. Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, retain, and print the purchased files for your own professional use, including use with your clients. You may not resell, publicly distribute, publish, or share the source files or private download link with others.

These checklists are general U.S. educational and organizational resources, not legal, tax, brokerage, or transaction-coordination advice. They do not interpret a contract, generate contractual deadlines, guarantee completeness for your jurisdiction, or replace your broker’s procedures or professional judgment. Review and adapt every item to the actual contract, applicable law, and local requirements.

Paddle’s Buyer Terms govern checklist payment, tax, and refund mechanics. The Refund & Cancellation Policy also applies. A full refund ends the license and future download access; already downloaded copies cannot be remotely removed and should no longer be used or distributed. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

We work to keep TransactTHAT available and accurate, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, delivery of every third-party email, or that use of the service will prevent missed deadlines or transaction losses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TransactTHAT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost business, or losses arising from user-entered information, missed deadlines, third-party services, or unauthorized account access. Any aggregate liability will not exceed amounts you paid for TransactTHAT during the twelve months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, or nonpayment. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
