Terms of Use

TransactTHAT helps real estate professionals organize transaction details, dates, tasks, documents, contacts, notes, and client communications. It is an organizational tool, not a brokerage, transaction coordinator, attorney, tax adviser, lender, title company, or electronic-signature service.

You must provide accurate information, safeguard your login credentials, and be authorized to use all information you enter or upload. You remain responsible for reviewing transaction dates, deadlines, documents, tasks, email content, recipients, and legal or contractual requirements. TransactTHAT does not invent contractual dates and does not replace professional judgment.

You may not misuse the service, access another user’s information, interfere with security, upload unlawful or malicious content, send unlawful or unsolicited email, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or use TransactTHAT in violation of law or third-party rights.

New accounts receive a 30-day FREE trial, and no payment method is required to begin it. A paid Essentials, Pro, or Elite plan is required to continue making changes after the trial. If no paid plan is active when the trial ends, existing information remains available in read-only mode, but changes and sends are disabled.

Real Georgia Properties and its licensors retain rights in TransactTHAT, its design, software, templates, and branding. You retain rights in content you submit and grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and transmit it to provide the service.

We work to keep TransactTHAT available and accurate, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, delivery of every third-party email, or that use of the service will prevent missed deadlines or transaction losses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Real Georgia Properties will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost business, or losses arising from user-entered information, missed deadlines, third-party services, or unauthorized account access. Any aggregate liability will not exceed amounts you paid for TransactTHAT during the twelve months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, or nonpayment. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
