Apple In-App Purchases and subscriptions (iPhone app)

Subscriptions purchased in the TransactTHAT iPhone app are Apple In-App Purchases. They are billed by Apple to the payment method on your Apple ID, renew automatically each month unless canceled, and are managed entirely through your Apple account — not through the TransactTHAT website.

Restore Purchases: If you subscribed on your iPhone but the app does not show your plan — for example after reinstalling the app or switching to a new device — open the app, go to the subscription or plan screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. Your existing subscription will be re-linked to your account at no additional charge.

Manage or cancel an Apple subscription: On your iPhone, open Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions (or open the App Store, tap your profile photo, then tap Subscriptions), select TransactTHAT, and choose a different plan or tap Cancel Subscription. You can also visit Apple’s subscription support page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues through the end of the current paid period. Refunds for Apple purchases are handled by Apple under its own policies.

Use of Apple In-App Purchase subscriptions is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

Website subscriptions are separate

Subscriptions purchased on the TransactTHAT website are billed separately through our website checkout (processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record) and are managed from the Billing area of your website account. Website subscriptions cannot be managed through the App Store, and Apple subscriptions cannot be managed through the website. If you are unsure where your subscription was purchased, email us and we will help you identify it.
