We collect limited technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and understand use of the service, including device, browser, network, sign-in, and feature-event information.

We use information to provide and secure TransactTHAT, maintain your account, organize your transactions, deliver client emails you configure, process subscriptions, enforce transaction credits, provide support, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

TransactTHAT does not sell your personal information. We do not use transaction or client information to advertise to your clients.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to enter client and professional-contact information and to send messages through TransactTHAT. Automated and agent-triggered emails are sent to the recipient selected for that transaction. Your configured address may be used as the reply-to address.

We use trusted providers for hosting, authentication, data storage, payment processing, email delivery, monitoring, and other infrastructure. They may process information only as needed to provide their services to us and subject to their own legal obligations.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including account-scoped access controls and private document storage. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for service delivery, records, disputes, legal compliance, and fraud prevention.

You may update account and email settings in the app, manage your subscription through Billing, and request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable. Some records may be retained when legally required or needed for legitimate business purposes.

TransactTHAT is intended for real estate professionals and not for children under 13. The service is operated from the United States, and information may be processed in the United States.

We may update this policy as the service or law changes. Material updates will be reflected by the date above or communicated through the service when appropriate.
