TransactTHAT is real estate transaction management software for agents who coordinate their own deals. It keeps each transaction's contract dates, checklist, documents, contacts, notes and client reminders together, from accepted contract to closing day.
It's built for the period after the offer is accepted, when the work turns into dozens of dates, documents and follow-ups that all have to come together on time. TransactTHAT isn't a CRM, an e-signature tool or an MLS. It focuses on getting each deal to the closing table.
