- Does the AI Contract Reader change my transaction automatically?
- No. The AI Contract Reader only proposes details it found, each with a quote and page reference from your document. Nothing on your transaction changes until you accept each item and choose Apply changes.
- Is the AI always accurate?
- No AI is perfect. Treat the results as a starting point and check every value against the signed contract and any amendments. TransactTHAT does not provide legal advice.
- How many documents can I analyze?
- The free trial includes 5 analyses per month. Essentials includes 10, Pro 30 and Elite 100 per month. One analysis can include up to 10 files and 100 pages, and re-opening results for unchanged documents does not use another analysis.
- Do I need to stay on the page while it reads?
- Yes — keep the page open until the analysis finishes. Most single contracts finish in well under a minute. If an analysis can't finish, your allowance is returned and you can retry.
- Are my documents used to train AI?
- No. Your documents stay private to your account and are not used to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for how AI processing and data retention work.
