Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel automatic renewal from the Billing area before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; it does not immediately end the paid period already purchased.

You retain full access through the end of the paid billing period. After that date, the account becomes read-only unless another paid plan is active. Existing transactions and documents are not deleted merely because renewal was canceled.

Monthly subscription charges are generally nonrefundable once a billing period begins, including for unused transaction credits or partial months. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us promptly. We review duplicate charges, technical billing errors, and requests required by applicable law individually.

Upgrades may create a prorated charge or credit through the payment provider. Downgrades begin at the next billing cycle. TRYTHAT makes the first paid month free when validly applied; it does not create a cash refund or credit for later periods.
