How monthly transaction credits work
One transaction credit is used each time you create a new transaction during your billing cycle. Older transactions stored in your account do not count. Essentials includes 3 credits per cycle, Pro includes 5, and Elite includes unlimited credits.
Completing or archiving a transaction does not free up a slot in the same cycle, and the counter resets when your next billing cycle begins. Transactions you already created are never deleted because of a plan limit. After a paid plan ends, they remain available in read-only mode until you subscribe again.
Upgrades take effect right away. Downgrades start at your next billing cycle, so you are never restricted in the middle of a month you already paid for.
