Subscription Terms

Eligible new accounts receive one 30-day FREE trial beginning when the account is created. No credit card or payment method is required to start the trial, and no charge occurs when the trial ends. No permanent free plan is offered. Unless you begin a paid subscription, the account becomes read-only when the trial ends. Existing records are retained subject to our retention practices.

Essentials costs $19 per month and includes 3 transaction credits per billing cycle. Pro costs $29 per month and includes 5 transaction credits per billing cycle. Elite costs $39 per month and includes unlimited transaction credits.

One credit is used when a new transaction is created. Credits are based on transactions created during the current paid billing cycle, not total records stored. Completing, archiving, or deleting a transaction does not restore a credit during that cycle. Credits reset only when the next paid billing cycle begins. Existing transactions are not deleted because a credit limit is reached.

When entered and accepted at checkout, TRYTHAT provides 100% off the first paid monthly billing period for an eligible Essentials, Pro, or Elite subscription after the standard 30-day FREE trial. It does not discount later renewals, has no cash value, and may not be combined where the payment provider does not permit combination. Eligibility and continued availability may be limited or ended for future checkouts.

Paid plans renew automatically each month at the then-current price plus applicable taxes unless renewal is canceled. You authorize our payment provider to charge the payment method supplied at checkout. Failed or reversed payments may result in restricted access.

Upgrades take effect immediately and may be prorated by the payment provider. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Stored transaction records remain associated with the account through plan changes. Elite users are not subject to a monthly transaction-credit limit.

You may cancel renewal from Billing. Access continues through the paid-through date, then changes to read-only unless another paid plan is active. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for additional details.
